L’utilizzo del servizio avverrà tramite una licenza d’uso.

Il Tool ha l’obiettivo di affiancare la Società nella compliance privacy societaria permettendo di avere una mappatura dettagliata e sempre aggiornata circa i trattamenti svolti in qualità di titolare del trattamento e/o responsabile del trattamento.

What is the purpose of Privacy Encoder?

Privacy Encoder is the cloud management software that assists and supports companies in adapting and maintaining their privacy structure and in demonstrating the broader principle of “Accountability” to the principles and obligations of the GDPR.

What are the main features of the Privacy Encoder?

Privacy Encoder is a cloud-based web application that can be fully adapted to the customer’s needs to guarantee services that are up-to-date with respect to the evolution of privacy legislation.

The portal is also available in a multilingual version to facilitate its application (Italian, English, French, German and Spanish).

What licences are available on Privacy Encoder?

Three different types of licence are available:

Individual Company Licence, designed to create and monitor the privacy structure of the company itself;
Corporate Group Licence, designed to facilitate a correct and homogeneous management of the privacy structure of the companies belonging to the group;
DPO License, designed to facilitate the daily activities of Data Protection Officers.

Are there different types of users?

Privacy Encoder has structured different types of users linked to the different permissions that each user must have:

Admin user, allows the creation of operators to be associated with the Companies and/or the various activated modules;
DPO / DPO Corporate Group user, has access to the Company / Companies of the group with read and write permissions;
Operator User, can operate in reading and writing within the modules assigned by the Admin User within the Company/ies.
